Those after Christmas sales tend to drive people insane. Every year, Black Friday, the day after turkey day where the sales are crazy and the mobs are crazier leads to a lot of criminal activity and fights. Shortly after 4 PM on Monday in Bloomington, Minnesota, a large scale brawl ensued.
More than 20 people started fighting in the food court. Dozens of people were throwing punches, pushing, and throwing chairs. According to shopper, Benita Henderson: “It was crazy. I was there, eating my six scoop, ice cream sundae and I got hit in the t*ts with a chair! I now have bruised boobs because of these idiots. I won’t eat ice cream ever again. OK, I’m lying.”
There were no reports of serious injuries, but the Bloomington police along with the security at the mall, arrested nine individuals for disorderly conduct. According to reports, 30 officers were involved, and the cause of the ruckus was linked to the sales and the amount of people that were shopping.
Benita Henderson, after calming down, gave the following comments to NewzBreaker: “I was there and as I left, somebody said ‘you should have given them the big splash KING KONG BUNDY!’ I was mortified. I may be a big and beautiful woman, but I am not bald or a pro wrestler and yet, I get this harassment as I leave the mall! All I wanted to do was to eat and cash in my gift cards at Icky, Sticky, and Goo. I love those little peanut butter cups and I have 140 dollars to spend on them! Oh happy day! I’m just disappointed that this situation happened. These people aren’t all that and a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos.”
