Eric Millerberg of Salt Lake City, Utah, has a long list of charges against him stemming from the death of 16 year old, Alexis Rasmussen, the babysitter that he and his wife, Dea, employed. The charges against Eric Millerberg include: 1st Degree Felony Child Abuse Homicide, Obstruction of Justice, Unlawful Sexual activity with a Minor, and Abuse or Desecration of a Human Body in connection with Rasmussen’s death.

Dea has been charged with desecration of a body. The remains of the babysitter were found off of a nearby interstate, and the cause of death is believed to be a drug overdose. Dea also is awaiting a trail on prescription drug fraud charges.

According to inside sources, it is believed that Eric was supplying the drugs to the young teenager in exchange for sex, leading to an overdose and that Dea’s role in the matter was merely one of assisting after the crime and helping her husband hide the body.
